Princess Syndrome - Chapter 83
Chapter 83: Next Time
Ji Zhiyi turned her head. Su Lingyue's expression was very serious. Her hand held the hairdryer. The words she had whispered near her ear were: "I can get pretty intense."
She met Su Lingyue's eyes, and repeated: "What?"
Su Lingyue thought she hadn't heard clearly, so she said again: "My hands aren't sore. I can get pretty intense."
Ji Zhiyi: ...
She hadn't expected her to repeat it, and still in such a serious tone. Ji Zhiyi resisted the urge to laugh. She also felt a slight itching in her chest, as if a cat had been scratching her, making her uncomfortable. She suppressed her heart palpitations, and said, “Really?”
“Really,” Su Lingyue said, “You don’t believe me?”
Ji Zhiyi nodded: "I don't."
Su Lingyue looked at her.
This was the first time that Ji Zhiyi had said that she didn't believe her!
She believed even more outrageous things. But this obvious fact, she actually didn’t believe her. Su Lingyue put down the hairdryer, and was just about to prove herself when the doorbell rang. Su Lingyue paused, and a red blush instantly appeared on her face. Fortunately, she already had a fever, so her expression didn’t seem that strange. Her tone just wasn’t as righteous as before: "I'm going to go open the door."
Ji Zhiyi grabbed her wrist. Su Lingyue's body froze. She glanced at Ji Zhiyi, and suddenly smiled.
Her smile was strange to Ji Zhiyi.
Su Lingyue said, "Let go of me."
Ji Zhiyi said, "We haven't finished our discussion yet."
Su Lingyue blinked: "What were we discussing?"
Ji Zhiyi: ...
Her shamelessness was really practiced.
Seeing Ji Zhiyi speechless, Su Lingyue really wanted to kiss her, but she was still feeling ill. She didn’t want to pass it to Ji Zhiyi. She simply patted Ji Zhiyi's hand. Ji Zhiyi watched as she walked over to the door, smoothed her clothes, and opened it, carrying in the porridge.
Two bowls of rice porridge were accompanied by four small side dishes.
Su Lingyue broke apart the chopsticks. She wasn't very hungry, but the aroma gave her an appetite. Ji Zhiyi sat across from her. She heard her say, “Tomorrow morning, Yilin's designs will be displayed. What about Xie Lan’s designs?"
Ji Zhiyi said: "Her designs aren’t in what will be shown tomorrow."
“You withdrew them?” Su Lingyue said, “When did you withdraw them? Then whose design are you using?"
Ji Zhiyi said calmly: "Mine."
"Your designs?" Su Lingyue suddenly became energetic. "How come I didn’t know?"
Ji Zhiyi said: "You didn't ask."
Su Lingyue: "I!"
She was speechless: "If I don't ask, then you won't tell me? Do you even see me as your assistant?"
Ji Zhiyi: ...
She glanced at Su Lingyue.
Su Lingyue also knew that what she had just said was completely unreasonable. If she wasn't Ji Zhiyi's girlfriend, she would have already been thrown out the door. Thinking of that, she smiled ingratiatingly: "I want to see the designs."
Ji Zhiyi handed her a tablet. Unlike Xie Lan’s lock and key design, Ji Zhiyi also had a dual design, but it was one pair that was black and another that was white. At first glance, Su Lingyue had the illusion that she was looking at two beautiful swans who were intertwined.
The visual shock from the picture was very direct. It was different from how she had found Xie Lan's designs to be creative.
Her gaze was instantly drawn to it.
It was very different from the Haoyue collection. First of all, it didn't use Ji Zhiyi's signature diamond cutting. Of course, considering cost and manufacturing, that was unrealistic, but it still made use of shiny edges. It wasn’t an abrupt shiny color. Instead, it was simply black and white, but it was slightly more pronounced. Secondly, at the clasps, there were white roses and black roses. Their colors were expanded, and their flowers were tight. Su Lingyue was used to wearing high heels. Just by looking at them, she could imagine how the pair of high heels would feel when worn.
Like the purest, most flawless princess who had been raised with flowers.
Like the most beautiful and unparalleled black swan who had been cultivated with blood.
Especially the roses at the clasp, which were engraved at the ankle. They were the most beautiful medals.
The best thing about them was that the black shoes used white roses, and the white shoes used black ones. They complemented each other. That hint of white was like a beam of moonlight that was pure and flawless. The black was like a dancer who had smudged the color of the entire shoe, screaming and radiating a light.
The shoes couldn’t speak, but it was as if there was a silent performance in front of her.
Su Lingyue could already hear the applause!
She forgot that she still had her spoon in her mouth, and looked up blankly. Ji Zhiyi, seeing this, poked her puffed-up cheek. Su Lingyue took out her spoon and said, “Ji Zhiyi, are you a genius?”
She had originally thought that Xie Lan's lock and key designs were very outstanding. She had also signed two celebrities as spokespersons, and they would be ideal for separate endorsements. She was also thinking that if she didn’t use Xie Lan's designs, how should she balance the two spokespersons, but she had never expected that Ji Zhiyi would use a dual design.
Dual designs were not uncommon in the market, but this was the first time that something like this had made Su Lingyue’s heart pound.
Ji Zhiyi, after being praised by her, lowered her head and smiled: "Do you like them a lot?"
Su Lingyue nodded: "I like them."
She really liked them so much!
Hearing her say this, Ji Zhiyi got up. Su Lingyue watched her walk over to a suitcase. It was a red suitcase. She hadn’t seen it before. She asked Ji Zhiyi: “When did you buy that?”
Ji Zhiyi said, "I had Zhang Xian send it over."
She opened the suitcase. Inside were two pairs of shoes. Su Lingyue was stunned.
Ji Zhiyi walked over to her side, and bent down to help her put on the white pair. Just like Su Lingyue had imagined, the white enveloped her foot, as if it had enveloped her entire being. She stood up, and almost forgot how to walk.
Su Lingyue said, "You..."
She choked up: "Are these what you're going to show tomorrow?"
Ji Zhiyi said, "No. The ones we’re going to show tomorrow have already been given to Arno. These are a gift for you."
Su Lingyue’s heart was racing: "Mine?"
Ji Zhiyi said, "Yes, when I was making the samples, I made them according to your size."
Su Lingyue only felt like she had been hit by an enormous wave of joy. She walked forward, but her steps were unsteady. Ji Zhiyi supported her: "What's wrong?"
Su Lingyue said, "I'm too excited."
Ji Zhiyi: ...
She heard Su Lingyue ask: "Am I the first person to wear them?"
Ji Zhiyi said, "Theoretically speaking, yes."
Su Lingyue wrapped her arms around Ji Zhiyi's neck. She didn’t know what to say. She was too emotional. Ji Zhiyi, influenced by her mood, also smiled. She hugged her, and patted her back. Su Lingyue said, "Ji Zhiyi, you're too good!"
She said: "You're too perfect!"
Ji Zhiyi felt like she was dreaming.
She hugged Su Lingyue, her eyes slightly red.
Su Lingyue said a lot of words. Finally, she took Ji Zhiyi's hand and placed it on her forehead: "Look, my fever has gone down!"
She could tell that she really liked the pair of shoes.
Ji Zhiyi was both amused and angry: "Then you still have to finish your porridge and rest properly."
Su Lingyue said earnestly: "No problem!"
Ji Zhiyi watched as she strutted like she was on a catwalk, wearing the high heels. She also felt like it didn’t quite fit with her pajamas. She pestered Ji Zhiyi to change into her gown. Ji Zhiyi rubbed her head, and prepared a set of a gown and regular clothes for her. Su Lingyue, like she was walking down a runway, posed in front of Ji Zhiyi. Ji Zhiyi held the warm water she had yet to finish, and took a sip.
Su Lingyue was still in the room, changing her clothes.
Ji Zhiyi put down her cup, and walked to the door. She saw that Su Lingyue was bending down and touching her high heels.
She was wearing a white evening gown, with her hair falling down. She was bent over, and her curves were visible through the dress. Ji Zhiyi was at a loss for words. At this moment, the only words she had were that the person in front of her was as beautiful as a princess. There were no other descriptive words.
She stared blankly.
Su Lingyue turned her head, saw her, and smiled: "How is it?"
She twirled: "Am I pretty?"
It was like she was waiting for praise. Ji Zhiyi nodded: "Pretty."
Su Lingyue had been surrounded by praise every day since she was little, but when she heard Ji Zhiyi say that, her face still flushed red. She said, "I'm going to go look in the mirror."
When she reached the door, Ji Zhiyi suddenly hugged her from behind.
Su Lingyue's back was pressed against something soft.
Ji Zhiyi’s chin was placed on her neck. Su Lingyue turned her neck, and glanced at Ji Zhiyi out of the corner of her eye. Seeing her with her eyes closed, Su Lingyue suddenly became aware of the time. She asked: "Are you sleepy?"
Ji Zhiyi shook her head lightly.
Su Lingyue said, "Then what's wrong with you?"
Ji Zhiyi hugged her and smiled.
It was just—
She just felt like everything before her was very unreal, like a dream that she had imagined countless times. She was afraid that when she woke up, the dream would shatter.
Ji Zhiyi hugged Su Lingyue tightly, and said, "It's nothing."
Her voice was a little hoarse.
Su Lingyue heard it. She turned around to face Ji Zhiyi. Ji Zhiyi had removed her makeup. Her face was clean and pale, but the corners of her eyes were slightly red. She had closed her eyes. Su Lingyue subconsciously placed her hand on Ji Zhiyi's forehead: "You don't have a fever too, do you?"
Ji Zhiyi opened her eyes. There was a hint of tears in her eyes. She said, "I don't."
Her voice was even softer than before.
It wasn't very convincing.
Su Lingyue was worried: "I'm going to check your temperature."
As she said that, she was about to turn around, but Ji Zhiyi subconsciously hugged her waist, and pulled her into her arms again. Su Lingyue was confused. She was just about to ask, when Ji Zhiyi hugged her waist very tightly, and lowered her head. Her lips fell on her collarbone, and she murmured: "Lingyue."
When Su Lingyue heard this voice, her body tingled as if it had been electrocuted.
She didn’t know what to say. She simply replied in a breathy tone: "Hmm?"
Ji Zhiyi’s lips were pressed against her neck, and she called out: "Lingyue," again.
Su Lingyue sensed her teeth brushing her neck. A tremor went through her from the soles of her feet. She curled her toes, and wrapped her arms around Ji Zhiyi. She really wanted to ask her what was wrong, but Ji Zhiyi didn't give her the chance. She just called out her name a couple more times in a soft voice. Her soft lips went from her neck to her jawline, to her chin, to the corners of her lips, and finally, she bit down on Su Lingyue’s lips.
It wasn’t the gentle seduction from before, or a tentative tasting. This kiss was like a fire, burning and scorching, making Su Lingyue forget everything. She just responded to her instinctively.
Ji Zhiyi’s one arm was wrapped around Su Lingyue. Her other hand moved through her hair, pulling her even closer. Su Lingyue closed her eyes and matched Ji Zhiyi’s pace. She felt that tonight, she had torn open her gentle persona, and was now sucking, licking, and endlessly drawing in with her tongue. It was like a ball of fire had exploded in Su Lingyue's heart, setting her entire being ablaze. She reached out without any control.
She heard a muffled groan.
It seemed like it was from pain.
The two were kissing in a daze, but Su Lingyue still heard it. She let go of Ji Zhiyi and looked down.
Her hands were currently rubbing Ji Zhiyi’s soft mounds. She wasn't wearing a bra, and the thin pajamas had become misshapen from her ravaging. It was likely that, because she had used too much strength earlier, Ji Zhiyi had groaned in pain.
Su Lingyue’s face flushed red. She glanced at the wrinkled clothes and the shape of her breasts that had already pushed the clothes open, and then she looked at Ji Zhiyi. She said, very embarrassed, "Was I too rough?" She admitted her mistake: "I’ll be more careful next time."
Is it me, or is it getting hot in here?
