Chapter 190: A Short Extra
1. Birth
The origins of Creation and Destruction were born in the void. They had no fixed form. From the moment Their consciousness took shape, They knew what kind of beings They were and what authority They held.
They would be the beginning of all things.
They would also be the end of all things.
At this time, They were the only two consciousnesses in the plane of existence.
Yue Du was born in a private hospital in the city where the Yue family lived.

Her parents divorced. Ms. Ling wiped her tears and said, “I'm taking both daughters.”
The man said, “Whatever. You think girls who are just going to be married off are that precious?”
Yue Du followed her mother to another city. She was extremely sensible, which put her mother's mind at ease.
4. Adulthood
Destruction used Its innate ability for the first time. Through a subtle, cosmic sense, It knew that a certain small world's time had come, and so It annihilated it.
The small world reverted to its most fundamental energy. Creation mused thoughtfully, “This can be reused. Not bad.”
Destruction was not interested. As Their fundamental natures repelled each other, It was easily irritated by Creation. Thus, It distanced Itself, generally not making contact unless necessary.
When Yue Du was in high school, Ms. Ling was diagnosed with lymphoma. The family's savings were quickly depleted, and Yue Hao was still in elementary school.
Her mother passed away. Yue Du cried once by herself, then methodically handled the funeral arrangements. Her only emotional act at the funeral was to drive out the members of the Yue family who had come to offer condolences.
She took stock of the family's debts and planned for the future.
“Let me lend you some money for now. Want to come work with me? You're very smart; you're suited for this line of work,” said one of Ms. Ling's friends, a talent agent.
Yue Du said, “Okay.”
5. Maturity
Destruction grew accustomed to sitting alone in a deep black hall in the depths of the void. It had mastered Its fundamental power to the extreme; It could destroy a small world without even blinking.
Sometimes, Creation would contact It to destroy a few small worlds. Destruction was too lazy to go out, operating remotely without a care.
Creation suddenly came to find It, saying excitedly, “I've thought of a new world model that will surely surpass all previous creations. Come and help.”
“I'm not going.”
“Splitting off a fragment of yourself would work too.”
